Similar strategy to eat my earlier supper during the stern 嚴厲的名詞船尾 closure restaurant no later than 6 pm in Hong Kong，so sit in to this restaurant because of no competitor of seat and vibe of interior design. On the other hand, the menu showed out side the venue was good and fitted-to my-diet-like .

Wagyu Hamburg Salad HKD 108

The wagyu hamburg was hot, not thin, double hot while dip in the sauce. That make satiety and savory in the same time. The egg is not lukewarm that i shouldn’t too picky after all is a salad. No depth of the ligneous 木的 / wooden 木製的 plate but you don’t feel any trick of portion of the salad. I like the dressing of salad that make me think of red onion strongly and immediately . So I am thinking I should buy one similar dressing later. Finished it around 4 pm. I am thinking more small tea set with one more set of drink. Then I will finish おわる my sunday event.

Before picked another restaurant for tea time, but the host said the last call had been already done. WTF, it was just 4:30, still had half and hour before the compulsory closure of restaurant. So fiercely 猛烈地 to find another catering deem as my dinner of my sunday. Fortunately 幸運地 found this Itamomo, tea set just HKD 38 dollars is very worth set for everyone in HKD even too good to be true. Set meal is a culture of Hong Kong, many Hongkonger think that it mush come with drink for the meal. So even Starbucks, they also have lunch set in Hong Kong.

While covid-19 ravaging Hong Kong consequence catering-curfew-like situation ordered by government, I still have hope I can do 掃街 eating-while-loitering（ literally sweep street : a cantonese term that a old culture in Hong Kong while Hong Kong still had a lot of street hawking 兜售 food stalls that have been curbed by HK government ) in my second goal in Tseung Kwan O Don Don Donki. But just because who to take more time for sedentary 坐著的 rest and writing the blog, so I picked my not-stumping-ground-restaurant so as to exploring new Hong Kong in my old age.
