Now that Dim light and cradle light IR can increase my melatonin. I bought a pack of cradle and a cradle booth in my bedroom. And I will turn my TV as a coffee shop ambiance. Both coffee shop fake tungsten 鎢絲 light and emitting IR cradle fire make me relax and have feeling of sleep.

Sit outside under sunshine, we have so many evidence that we get enough sun light is very important. it involve D vitamin, it involve the 2nd type of melatonin. It can help about our happiness, reduce the chance of obesity. so many many benefits.

Focus on solutions

i think i started to write this blog is a method to focus solutions, i have many problems on my own. The age of mine is one of my biggest problems

If you want to become an optimist, it can help to find yourself a positive role model. Whether it is a colleague, close friend or even a celebrity, think of the most unflappable 不慌張的 鎮定的 , cheerful person you can. For the next few weeks, do an experiment and try to take a walk in their shoes. Whenever negativity starts creeping in or you find yourself in a difficult situation, think: “what would (insert name of chosen optimist) do?” Answer honestly, then try to follow suit.

Optimism is what helps us deal with unexpected change, crushing stress, and inevitable 不可避免 disappointments. It’s what prompts us to learn from mistakes rather than feel defeated by them.
