Started Keto diet from Oct 2020 to Dec 2020, I lost five pounds of fat from my belly. I am still learning . And now I want to gain it back by muscle, hopefully I can success.

Brain always need to stimulate. Now I am writing / record two Posts to make my life / myself a bit better . One it this Post named “Good Idea make brain alive” is what I think I can apply to my life. Another is called “ How to get better Life” . It is just keep updating myself for the idea of the theory.

12 July 2020 Here I want some resolution of mine. I want myself have 20 times of sit up before bed, and have the same while wake up. And I want myself have milk-like while wake up and by the evening.

Pendulum 吊嘴 鐘擺 搖錘 of Apple Watch

I like to listen to radio or some kind of podcast while I am working in the office despite my boss’s rage 狂怒. After all it is super repetitive 重覆性in the mill 磨坊 of daily job. Although I ignore her, we shouldn’t have a face-off 對抗 對峙 with her directly. Inadvertently 不注意的, several times , I accidentally let the radio sound go off in the radio, it will give my secret away 透露 that I am listening to music or podcast whatnot 諸如此類的東西 in the office.

That is a important reason that I need apple watch in office while I am working. To avoid give off the radio sound accidentally, i like using applewatch to listen to podcast in the office while i am working. Because without bluetooth earphone, applewatch no way to give off its sound per se. In case the bluetooth disconnect with my watch, the sound will not burst out.

Unfortunately, my prime 主要的 applewatch doesn’t have fully / unlimited data plan. So i have to bring my old applewatch which is sycn with my unlimited data plan iphone. But I think it is too loud 招搖的 if I wear another watch on my right hand. Finally, I come up a way that I use necklace instead of watch wrist 手腕 belt

Lost the Tip of Apple Pencil 2 ( 又一次去Apple 維修經驗)

The second generation 代 of Apple Pencil is by no mean 絕不 costed penny 分毫 at the price tag HKD 999 in Hong Kong. Once, somehow, the head (tip) came out and disappeared in my backpack. 背囊

It is a once in a blue moon event to change the head of apple pencil unless it has the nature design mistakes, otherwise you will not often to exchange it. 

4 pcs it cost me 150HKD. i can sure not that it is not often to happened. So i decided to sell 2 pcs of it. i am not gonna to earn any extra money, just for dashiri sake.
