i had my dinner set-all- i -can- eat under HKD 218 today. To fulfill my keto no carbs diet, so i picked it for my dinner. With only meats and veggies all i can eat, it will not contradict my live style . i started before 7 pm, not many clients at that time. When i almost finished, there were many people outside the restaurant. The staff asked me to move my seat to other comfortable chair politely , since i almost finished, i am not begrudging to yield, i even beckoned her again the foreign staff and said i am actually finished. But she insisted to let me to sojourn and said she was giving me a dessert. It is a huge disparity between today Hong kong new younger generation which i meet commonly.

Implement Keto diet in HK from my ago of 50s is not a easy thing in a highest cost of living city. I try hard to figure out how to meet the goal of the diet index. Recently, I come up a feasible way to get closer to the diet’s target. The first the behemoth 龐大的picture of the diet is to encounter against the insulin release in your body. You have to reduce your insulin going up by all means.

The feasible way that I am doing is i don’t eat my lunch. I use the latte in Pacific Coffee as a replacement of the launch. HKD 36 for tall size. I can stand 13 g of sugar in the milk of latte. As I need 50 g of protein daily which milk provide me 9 g of protein. And the sugar become 13 g carbs are not exceed my daily allowance of 20 ~ 50 g

TS’ Taste Cafe I am here on 25 Feb 2021 I described that restaurant as a Cha chaan teng 茶餐廳 in a western decor. I order the dish named as chedder cheese chicken recalling my some good experiences. But it turnout…… I have a second thought 想法, as i don’t want to give such vitriol 尖刻的話 in Hong Kong circumstances ravaged by covid 19 as after all they are polite and looks gloomy. Every time i think of his face, i easily took sympathy of them. i am not say it is bad. i like the soup and the milk tea. To be honest and fair, as long as you treat the restaurant as a Cha chaan teng , you will not complain.

Sat down and ordered an all day breakfast, it’s been 4:50 pm, As I ordered scramble egg , the cantonese chef scramble my food too before the compulsory closure of restaurant in Hong Kong.
